“I waved! I know I did cuz my hand did this. Awe crap! Where’s my arms? My freakin’ arms are broke! The SOB broke my arms! I was waving like crazy! The driver waved back! I saw his arms waving back and forth, so I stepped out to cross the street!”
Driver speaking to the cops:
“I was waving for the dumbass to get out of the road, because my car lost it’s breaks!”
